A meeting of Dunholme Parish Council was held on Monday 12th May 2025 in the Jubilee Room of the Village Hall.
Present: Cllrs A Pache (Chair), P Cutter, Mrs C Forrester, P Firth, Ms J Guest and Ms S Keetley,

25/05/01 To elect a Chairman of the Parish Council and sign the declaration of acceptance
Proposed Cllr Ms Keetley, seconded Cllr Mrs Forrester and agreed by all to elect Cllr Pache to the
Chairman of the Council.
25/05/02 To elect a Vice Chairman of the Parish Council and sign the declaration of acceptance
Proposed Cllr Cutter, seconded Cllr Mrs Forrester and agreed by all to elect Cllr Ms Keeltey to the
Vice Chairman of the Council.
25/05/03 Chairman’s remarks
The Tommy soldier has been installed at the war memorial and has been well received in the village.

25/05/05 Disclosure of pecuniary interests
None declared
25/05/07 Notes of the meeting held on Monday 14th April 2025 to be approved and signed as minutes
Proposed Cllr Cutter, seconded Cllr Pache and agreed by all to accept the minutes of the last meeting
as a true record of events.
25/05/08 To elect representatives to the following working groups:-
Proposed Cllr Mrs Forrester, seconded Cllr Ms Keetley and agreed by all to elect the following
representatives onto the following groups:-
Human Resources – Cllr Cutter (Mrs Forrester will be available where necessary)
Dunholme District Indoor Bowls Club – Cllr Ms Keetley
Village Hall – Cllr Frith
Village Maintenance – Cllr Pache
Christmas event working group – Full Council
Neighborhood Plan review group – Cllrs Pache, Ms Keetley and Mrs Forrester
Play areas – Cllrs Mrs Forrester and Ms Keetley
Planning – Cllrs Cutter and Frith
Sustainability – Cllr Ms Guest
Proposed Allotments project – Cllr Ms Guest
25/05/09 Accounts and Finance
a) To receive an update on the additional information requested for the proposed loan to purchase
land on Market Rasen Road and take any necessary action
Update given – additional information to be sent once compiled.
b) To approve the payment of accounts
Proposed Cllr Ms Keetley, seconded Cllr Mrs Forrester and agreed by all to make the following
payments:
25/05/10 Parish Council Building and Assets:-
a) To receive an update on the village hall and Bowls Club progress
The Council are awaiting completion of a Bio Diversity Net Gain survey ready to submit
the necessary planning application.
Cllr Pache will circulate a copy of the application for Councillors to agree before submission.
25/05/11 To receive an update regarding promoting sustainability within the village
- Spectacles and water filter collection points are now set up at the village hall.
- The hedges are struggling in the heat but carry on being watered.
- Cllr Guest is looking at implementing a joint litter pick within Dunholme and Welton to support the
paid litter pickers.
25/05/12 To receive an update of the Parish Council website
The new website has been built and is ready to go live.
Proposed Cllr Ms Guest, seconded Cllr Ms Keetley and agreed by all to make the website live.
The current website www.dunholme-pc.gov.uk will be deleted and no longer used.
25/05/13 To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the telephone communication within the
Parish Council with the public
Proposed Cllr Ms Keetley, seconded Cllr Mrs Forrester and agreed by all to purchase a sim to use
for the Parish number due to ongoing issues with the current service.
25/05/14 Village Maintenance
a) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding village maintenance needed around
the village
Proposed Cllr Cutter, seconded Cllr Mrs Forrester and agreed by all to undertake the following:-
- Weills disease in local area – put a warning notice up on Facebook.
- Someone is tipping dog waste into the hedges at the rear of Manor Estate – the Clerk will
put a note in the Dunholme News.
- The fencing around the new village hall car park is damaged in places and maintenance
is required. Cllr Pache will review and notify the Council of any work required.
- Horse rocker requires a new spring cover – Kennington close play area.
- The fence along the A46 needs replacing at the rear of the Manor Estate where a car has hit
the fencing down.
