A neighbourhood plan enables communities to develop a shared vision for their community and shape development and growth specifically within their local area. Policies developed within the plan are statutory. Following public consultations with the community, the plan includes a variety of policies and seeks to bring forward positive and sustainable development in the neighbourhood area.

Dunholme Neighbourhood Plan Review 2023 - 2040
Following public consultations with the community the plan includes a variety of policies and seeks to bring forward positive and sustainable development in the neighbourhood area.
The review has included a comprehensive review of the plan in terms of changes to national and local legislation through the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), local priorities and proposed changes to growth as identified in the Central Lincolnshire local plan review.
Before a referendum can take place, the review will be scrutinised by an independent examiner to ensure the DNP review meets statutory requirements.
