You are hereby summoned to attend a Meeting of Dunholme Parish Council which will be held on Monday 2nd June 2025 at 7:30pm in the Jubilee Room of the Village Hall.
At the start of the meeting there will be a 15-minute public forum, where residents can ask questions or give statements to the Council.
AGENDA
1. Chairman’s remarks.
2. To receive and decide upon applications for co option onto the Parish Council.
3. To receive apologies and reasons for absence
4. Disclosure of pecuniary interests
5. Notes of the meeting held on Monday 12th May 2025 to be approved and signed as minutes
6. Accounts and Finance
- a) To receive and decide upon an application for a financial donation from Dunholme News towards printing costs.
- b) To receive and decide upon an application for a financial donation from Dunholme St Chads PCC towards grass cutting costs.
- c) To approve the payment of accounts – See list
7. Parish Council Building and Assets:-
a) To receive an update on the village hall and Bowls Club progress.
8. To receive an update regarding sustainability within the village.
9. To receive an update of the Parish Council website.
10. To approve the review of the following policies:-
- a) Standing Orders
- b) Financial Regulations
- c) Grants and Donations Policy
11. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the village garden fete
12. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the telephone communication within the Parish Council with the public.
13. Village Maintenance
- a) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding village maintenance needed around the village
- b) To agree and take any necessary action regarding replacing the broken toilet brackets in the sports units.
