You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Dunholme Parish Council which will be held on Monday 14th April 2025 at 7:00pm in the Jubilee Room of the Village Hall.
At the start of the meeting there will be a 15-minute public forum, where residents can ask questions or give statements to the Council.

- To receive apologies and reasons for absence
- Disclosure of pecuniary interests
- Notes of the meeting held on Monday 3rd March 2025 to be approved and signed as minutes
- Accounts and Finance
- a) To approve the payment of accounts – See list
- b) To resolve to borrow £50,000 through the PWLB for the purchase of Land on Market Rasen Road for proposed allotments and an off ride cycle track.
- Parish Council Building and Assets:-
- a) To receive an update on the village hall and Bowls Club progress.
- To discuss and submit comments to WLDC regarding planning applications received
- To approve the examiners final report of the Dunholme Neighbourhood Plan Review to move to the next stage of referendum.
- To receive an update regarding promoting sustainability within the village.
- Village Maintenance
- a) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding village maintenance needed around the village.
- To agree the date of the Annual Council Meeting in May 2025
