Dunholme Parish Councillor

You are hereby summoned to attend a Meeting of Dunholme Parish Council which will be held on Monday 2nd March 2026 at 7:30pm in the Jubilee Room of the Village Hall.

At the start of the meeting there will be a 15-minute public forum, where residents can ask questions or give statements to the Council.

AGENDA

1. Chairman’s remarks.

2. To receive apologies and reasons for absence

3. Disclosure of pecuniary interests

4. Notes of the meeting held on Monday 2nd February 2026 to be approved and signed as minutes

5. Accounts and Finance

   a) To receive a request for a financial donation towards the annual village fete.

  b) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding applying for the Co-Op Community Champion initiative.

  c) To approve the current financial statement

  d) To approve the payment of accounts

6. Parish Council Building and Assets:-

   a) To receive an update on the village hall and Bowls Club improvement progress, including the leaking roof maintenance.

   b) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the outdoor bowls club water meter.

   c) To receive an update and take any necessary action regarding the proposed allotment and bike track site.

7. To discuss and make any comments on planning applications received:-

9. Village Maintenance

   a)To discuss and take any necessary action regarding village maintenance needed around the village

   b) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the installation of new disabled spaces at the village hall and approve the purchase of new blue badge holders only signs

   c) To  receive an update regarding a meeting with Highways to discuss the grass verges opposite St Chads Primary School.

   d) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the purchase of a history plaque for Manor Way pond site.

10. To agree to close the meeting to the press and public.

11. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the LTA lease, contract and proposed padel court installation
