You are hereby summoned to attend a Meeting of Dunholme Parish Council which will be held on Tuesday 9th September 2025 at 7:30pm in the Jubilee Room of the Village Hall.
At the start of the meeting there will be a 15-minute public forum, where residents can ask questions or give statements to the Council.

1. Chairman’s remarks.
2. To receive apologies and reasons for absence
3. Disclosure of pecuniary interests
4. Notes of the meeting held on Monday 11th August 2025 to be approved and signed as minutes
5. Accounts and Finance
a) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the setting of the 2026-27 draft budget
b) To approve the current financial statement
c) To approve the payment of accounts – see list
6. Parish Council Building and Assets:-
a) To receive an update on the village hall and Bowls Club improvement progress
b) To receive and decide upon a quote for maintenance required to play area matting.
c) To receive the annual play area inspections and take any necessary action.
d) To disucss and take any necessary action regarding the additon of an overage agreement in the purvhase of land on Market Rasen Road.
7. Policies and Governance
a) To receive an update on the Neighbourhood Plan referendum and next steps.
8. To discuss and make any comments on planning applications received
9. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the purchase and installation of a village flag pole.
10. To receive an update regarding sustainability within the village.
11. Village Maintenance
a) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding village maintenance needed around the village
