You are hereby summoned to attend a Meeting of Dunholme Parish Council which will be held on Monday 13th April 2026 at 7:00pm in the Jubilee Room of the Village Hall.
At the start of the meeting there will be a 15-minute public forum, where residents can ask questions or give statements to the Council.

1. Chairman’s remarks.
2. To receive apologies and reasons for absence
3. Disclosure of pecuniary interests
4. Notes of the meeting held on Monday 2nd March 2026 to be approved and signed as minutes
5. Accounts and Finance
a) To approve the current financial statement to 31.03.2026
b) To approve the payment of accounts
6. Parish Council Building and Assets:-
a) To receive an update on the village hall and Bowls Club improvement progress, including the leaking roof maintenance.
b) To receive an update and take any necessary action regarding the allotment and bike track site project, including agreeing to become a member and installing a water source.
c) To receive and decide upon designs and quotes for the history plaque at Manor Way pond site.
d) To discuss ways in which to improve engagement with residents using the village notice board.
e) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding applying for bus shelter funding – location and design
7. To discuss and make any comments on planning applications received:-

9. Village Maintenance
a) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding village maintenance needed around the village
b) To receive and decide upon quotes regarding the installation of new disabled spaces at the village hall and approve the purchase of new blue badge holders only signs
