You are hereby summoned to attend a Meeting of Dunholme Parish Council which will be held on Monday 6th July 2026 at 7:30 pm in the Jubilee Room of the Village Hall.
At the start of the meeting there will be a 15-minute public forum, where residents can ask questions or give statements to the Council.

2. To receive apologies and reasons for absence
3. Disclosure of pecuniary interests
4. Notes of the meeting held on Monday 1st June 2026 to be approved and signed as minutes
5. Notes of the meeting held on Monday 29th June 2026 to be approved and signed as minutes
6. Accounts and Finance
- a) To approve the current financial statement to 30.06.2026
- b) To agree payment of the annual play area inspections
- c) To approve the payment of accounts – See list
7. To review and approve the complaints policy.
8. To discuss and take any necessary action regarding communicating with the Parish Council.
9. Parish Council Building and Assets:-
- a) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the heater in the village hall kitchen.
- b) To receive an update and take any necessary action regarding Sheepwash Hill
- c) To receive and decide upon quotes for the installation of a flag pole In the village.
- d) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding re-boring the village spring
10. To discuss and make any comments on planning applications received:
- WL/2026/00545 – 10 Nursery Close – Proposed single storey flat roof side extension
- WL/2026/00482 – Vanquish House, Dunholme Road – Installation of a bay window and replacement garage door
- WL/2025/0122 – 7 Ashing Lane – 1no. replacement dwelling
11. Village Maintenance
- a) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding village maintenance needed around the village
- b) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding speeding along Honeyholes Lane
- c) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding sites for a tree orchard/s
- d) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding private play equipment on the green area of Monckton Way
12. To agree to close the meeting to press and public to discuss confidential matters.
13. To receive an update on the Lincoln Tennis Academy site / lease.
