You are hereby summoned to attend a Meeting of Dunholme Parish Council which will be held on Monday 5th October 2026 at 7:30pm in the Jubilee Room of the Village Hall.
At the start of the meeting there will be a 15-minute public forum, where residents can ask questions or give statements to the Council.

5) Accounts and Finance
a) To receive details and agree on a pay increase for the Clerk inline with National Scales
b) To approve the payment of accounts – See list
6) Parish Council Building and Assets:-
a) To receive an update and take any necessary action regarding Sheepwash Hill allotment site
b) To receive an update and take any necessary action regarding Sheepwash Hill cycle track
c) To receive and decide upona a quote for new information boards for the Sheepwash Hill site
d) To receive an update on the planning permission for the village hall.
7) To discuss and make any comments on planning applications received:-
a) WL/2026/00811 – 7 Ashing Lane - Planning application for 1no. replacement dwelling - resubmission of WL/2025/01222
8) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the annual Christmas event
9) Policies and Procedures
a) To approve and adopt the terms of reference for the HR Group
b) To approve and adopt the IT policy
10) Village Maintenance
a) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding village maintenance needed around the village
b) To discuss and take any necessary action regarding the speed awareness signs.
c) To receive the annual play area inspections and take any necessary action.
