To approve and sign the paperwork for the purchase of land on Market Rasen Road
Proposed Cllr Mrs Forrester, seconded Cllr Ms Keetley and agreed by all to approve and sign the following documents in relation to the purchase of land on Market Rasen Road:-
- Contract
- Transfer Deeds
- Overage Deed
To approve payment of land purchase and solicitor fees
Proposed Cllr Mrs Forrester, seconded Cllr Mrs Keetley and agreed by all to approve payment of £52,614.40 for the purchase of and on Market Rasen Road and associated solicitor fees.
